Any action that resembles unlawful behavior, can and will result in prosecution to the fullest extent of the law. Illegalities include but are not limited to, providing false information at the time of contract agreement, illegally accessing (this website, customer accounts, or any other Core One Network criteria and data), and/or unlawful use or redistribution of any Core One Solutions and Core One Network material presented on this website and any partner company website.

Service Warranties:

Any information, software, and other resources that are obtained through this website or directly from a company specialist is provided on an “as-is” basis. Core One Solutions does not warrant that any service that is distributed by this website or by a company employee will be error-free. If a service that is provided warrants any type of error, our specialists can and will do everything possible to correct any and all errors.

Under no circumstance shall Core One Solutions be liable for any self-edited, altered, and/or manipulated material that we provide. We are not liable for any misuse of our services that may result in any judicial action.

The possibilities mentioned above are rare, but in some cases pose to be potential issues. Core One Solutions reserves the right to terminate any contract, if violations of these terms incur.
